This is a great quote from Wes Nichols, partner at March Capital, as there appears to have been a mad rush to force the use of generative AI into businesses, even when there’s no defined business problem, let alone a big one.
Organisations should be exploring the capabilities of this technology and experimenting with it to determine how it can be of benefit.
Just remember that when experimenting you may not see the results you desired or expected.
