 In Australia

In McKinsey’s latest ConsumerWise Survey, Consumer sentiment in Asia-Pacific, there are some very interesting results.

The survey also shows Australian consumers are preferring a mixed shopping approach, which tends to favour in-store purchases for groceries, personal-care products, vitamins, over-the-counter medications, household supplies, and non-alcoholic beverages.

While for categories such as sports, outdoor equipment and consumer electronics, Australian consumers are preferring an omnichannel approach.
