Woolworths still eyeing pharmacy
Woolworths is still considering a pharmacy store in store model for its Australian supermarkets.

The grocery giant has re-lodged its trademark “Pharmacy-in-Supermarket” with the national intellectual property rights system, IP Australia.

Woolworths has been eyeing off pharmacy since at least 2003, when it first registered the brand name with IP Australia.

Its previous lodging outlined plans to sell medicines, toiletries, drugs, and other products from within its supermarkets.
