Why do you think retail stores aren’t interested?

As a company that provides a digital marketplace, it amazes me to keep hearing people tell me that their customers (pharmacies, independent grocery, C&I, etc…) are not interested in accessing their product materials online or even ordering store stock online. Yet at the same time the stores customers (your consumers) have been flocking to online and the store owners are using online for their own personal shopping. So why is it that companies believe retail stores aren’t interested in online for their own needs? McKinsey have a good article on digital led recovery.
