New PainPod module targets ‘Hard to treat pain’
The latest PainPod training module ‘hard to treat pain’, is now online for pharmacy assistants.
The program aims to educate PAs about what may make pain hard-to-treat, as well as assisting them to understand when a patient should be referred to a pharmacist for health advice.

The Hard-to-Treat Pain module has been designed to help reduce confusion levels when PAs are dealing with patients who require specific pain advice, whether it be because their ailment is hard to understand, hard to identify or hard to control.
