Have Coles and Woolworths Gone Too Far?

Each week one of my favourite brands appears to have disappeared off the shelf, so last week was the turning point.

I drove to a centre further away from home so as to shop somewhere where I could get the products I want, not the ones the retailer is telling me to take.

Out of curiosity I ventured into the Aldi and soon discovered that this was not the experience I was looking for.

Next was the IGA, but it too was a smaller footprint store and did not stock all that I desired, so next was Woolies.

I did manage to find the brands of those items that I was looking for, but I could not find those that I can get from Coles.

The reality then set in, the days of doing all my grocery shopping with one retailer have now gone, as we cannot get al the products we want in the one store.

Well done Coles and Woolworths, as you have now decreased my basket size and spend by forcing me and others to do our grocery shopping at multiple retailers.
