Australian online shopping drives retail change
New research released by PricewaterhouseCoopers and business researchn and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan shows that the growth of nonline shopping is forcing structural changes to the Australian nretailing business model.

The report says online shopping expenditure in Australia is projectedn to reach $16 billion in 2012. This represents an increase of 17.6{845d44a2f09c0018d802e19e78941a85dc2180e4ed7410cee0b34e8cb134ecea} fromn 2011 when Australian consumers spent $13.6 billion online. The report npredicts that by 2016, $26.9 billion will be spent online.
