Private Equity firm expands after acquisition of Peters Ice Cream business from Nestle

Swiss-owned food giant Nestle Australia has sold its Australian-based nPeters Ice Cream business to Australian Food Group, a company owned by nPrivate Equity group Pacific Equity Partners (PEP).
