PEP Acquires Nestle’s Peters Ice Cream

Australian private equity firm Pacific Equity Partners has acquired Nestle Australia’s Peters Ice Cream Business for an undisclosed amount.

PEP will acquire sub-brands like Billabong, Monaco Bar, Connoisseur and Frosty Fruits as well as the right to market and sell in Australia select global brands like Drumstick, Maxibon, Skinny Cow, Heaven and Milo Scoop Shake.  Wall Street Journal – Read more…
