Business’s ‘It’s not my problem’ IT problem

How many times have you heard a variation of “Business and IT need to work better together”?
With an intro like this, the McKinsey article is a must read, as all too often the business stands back while allowing IT to take a dominant role and then wonder why they didn’t get what the business needed.
The goal should be to make IT a real driver of value, and to achieve this both business and IT must overcome bad habits and make a real commitment to being partners.
