Woolworths confirms Holly Kramer to join board

Woolworths has confirmed that it intends to appoint former Best & Less chief executive Holly Kramer as a non-executive director, boosting the level of retail and consumer skills on the board.
As reported by Fairfax Media on Tuesday, Ms Kramer was approached to fill one of three non-executive director positions on the board left vacant by the unexplained departures of former Tesco executive Christine Cross, former Kellogg’s chief executive David Mackay and former Reserve Bank Governor Ian MacFarlane this year.
