Jessica Hay was about to start grocery shopping at her local Woolworths when she saw a pile of "white gold" on a crate – tins of hard-to-find A2 Platinum baby formula.
With her 3.5-month-old son Archie on S26 formula, she walked past it and proceeded up an aisle. When she returned to the front of the supermarket, she was shocked.
