RB KY acquisition

​THE Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is considering a proposal from Reckitt Benckiser Brands Limited (RB) that it buy the K-Y brand from McNeil-PPC Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. The ACCC said post-acquisition, RB would own the two highest selling personal lubricant brands in Australia, K-Y and Durex.
