Owner of the Rosella brand in receivership

The parent of iconic brand Rosella, Gourmet Food Holdings, has been placed into receivership after creditors failed to secure a buyer for the business.

Also under receivership are the other businesses, Pitango (New Zealand) and Waterwheel (Dandenong).​
