Woolies acquisition opposed

The Australian Competition and Consumern Commission (ACCC) will oppose the proposed acquisition by the nWoolworths/Lowe’s Joint Venture (Woolworths) of an independent chain of nthree hardware stores owned by G Gay & Co in Ballarat, Victoria.
