Coles & Woolies lose capping.
Visiting our local Coles and Woolworths stores this week, we notice that the capping (top shelf stock storage) has been removed from all shelves.

The initial experience feels more pleasant, so it will be interesting to see how this pans out and what impact it has with OSA (on-shelf availability).

We can see the following potential outcomes of this approach:

- Greater instances of products being out of stock
- Aisle congestion, as stock carts will need to be rolled out more often during the day to replenish shelves
