Ritchies’ to buy nine Franklins stores

Metcash Trading Limited (Metcash) hasreached agreement to sell nine Franklins storesto Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd.
Metcash Chief Executive, Andrew Reitzer, said theRitchies tender was very competitive and he wasvery pleased to have entered into the agreementwith a leading IGA retailer.
