Goodman Fielder plans $259m capital raising

Breads and spreads maker Goodman Fielder plans to raise $259 million through an entitlement offer.

The company on Tuesday announced a fully-underwritten five-for-12 pro-rata renouncable entitlement offer of new ordinary shares at an offer price of 45 cents per share.
