Great interview with Keith Choy, GlaxoSmithKline’s Asia–Pacific Consumer Healthcare, as he shares how they have used the pandemic as a catalyst to effect change. In this spirit I would commend Imko Muusze , Leonie Dodson and the Hill’s Pet Nutrition team for also having the vision to effect change through the pandemic with digitisation projects successfully completed.

Keith also makes some great points with regards to balancing “global uniform way of working” versus “empowering local leaders and simplifying processes”.
