Big or small, successful brands employ similar strategies

Large CPG companies slowed market share loss to smaller companies through volume growth, not price hikes, according to a report from The Boston Consulting Group and Information Resources. Focusing on volume growth was one of three tactics that all successful brands had in common, regardless of their size.
