Shoppers left out in the cold

A study into the frozen category of supermarkets has found it to be a dull experience for shoppers.

nProject Siberia, by shopper marketing companies, ShopAbility and nTorchMedia, observed 1342 frozen category shoppers, spoke with 339 npeople and conducted in-depth interviews with a further 22.

Some of the comments that were received inn these in depth interviews were far from flattering, with one remarking:n “I wish there was something more happening here. There’s no buzz, no nvibe. So you just get in and get out as fast as you can.” Inside Retail – Read More.
