FoodWorks Burpengary scores big with Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola Amatil

FoodWorks Burpengary (Queensland) has been named the independent supermarket group’s Score Big Champion of Champions following its emphatic win of the two-month supplier promotion with Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola Amatil.
Exclusive to FoodWorks supermarkets, the promotion and sales driver encouraged all 422 stores to create an in-store destination for Cadbury and Coca-Cola products in order to generate significant like-for-like sales uplift from October to December last year.
Six winners were rewarded based on sales results for their store size, with a further three recognised for their creative efforts.
The nine winners shared in a significant prize pool of free Cadbury and Coca-Cola stock.
The team at FoodWorks Burpengary were the clear overall winner with a 400 per cent increase in like-for-like sales and themed the entire store with four Coca-Cola and Cadbury displays, taking out the major prize.  Retail World – Read more…
