Kellogg completes purchase of Pringles

Kellogg Co. on Thursday completed its acquisition of Procter & Gamble’s Pringles chip and cracker line, tripling the Battle Creek-based company’s international snack business and making Kellogg the world’s No. 2 savory snacks player.
